Piñan Municipal Police Station was manned by (21) active Police Non-Commission Officer and (1) Commission Officer. Two of which is undergoing mandatory schooling at Camp Hamac, Sicayab Dipolog City.

Said PNP personnel was divided into two groups–Team A and Team B—who alternately conduct 24 hours duty every other day basis. Two personnel of each team will be deployed at the Community Assistance Center located at Public market Poblacion North, Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte purposely to secure all the adjacent establishments and nearby residences around the area while the rest of each team will be detailed as alert team and which will be utilized to respond in case of any police assistance being reported. From time to time mobile, motorcycle and foot patrol continuously conducted all over the AOR to pre-empt any lawless elements from committing crimes.

The team also conducted random checkpoint at any strategic places or as directed by the higher office as form part of our Anti-criminality campaign. Likewise, this office conducted info drive, symposium and “Pulong-pulong” to every Barangays as well as schools visitations and disseminating the same the Hotline number of this office for them to text or call whenever they needed police assistance.
